Quality comes from within!

We have a strong and dedicated focus on high quality in our production. Our experienced and continuously trained Machine Operators have modern and diverse machines available as well as a comprehensive range of measuring equipment to ensure that customer specifications are fully met. With an average of more than 10 years of working history at Bjørntoft Maskinfabrik A/S, the Machine Operators are deeply involved together with Management in establishing and developing working processes resulting in high quality understanding and commitment. We always double-inspect program code by different Machine Operators prior to machining and critical dimensions are always double-verified. 

Our seperate QA Department first releases the machined parts, when they have undergone a thorough final inspection. 

Quality and packaging also goes hand in hand. Delivering thousands of machined parts to many different countries each year has given us high expertise in proper packaging to ensure safe deliveries.

ISO 9001:2015

Since the 1990s Bjørntoft Maskinfabrik A/S has held an ISO 9001 certificate from Bureau Veritas – BVQI. With the quality system fully implemented, all employees are trained in and follow strict quality processes. We were one of the very first machine factories in Denmark being certified against the ISO 9001:2015 version. 

Achilles

Our machine factory follow all the requirements within the Achilles system, however we are not Achilles approved by choice.  Upon visit of our facility one will see our positive iniatives and great focus on Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment.

Green Smiley Certificate 

In accordance with the Food Administration “Fødevarestyrelsen” we have full traceability of materials being used in direct contact with food, dairy or medical products.
